Description
The ceramic fiber blanket is made by high-temperature melt spraying or spinning of raw materials into fibers, and is made by double-sided needle punching. The color is white, the size is regular, and it integrates fire resistance, heat insulation and heat preservation functions. The ceramic fiber blanket can maintain good tensile strength, toughness and fiber structure when used in a neutral and oxidizing atmosphere.
After the double-sided needling process, the degree of fiber interweaving, delamination resistance, tensile strength and surface flatness are greatly improved. The fiber blanket does not contain any organic bonding agent to ensure that the ceramic fiber blanket has good manufacturability and stability under high temperature and low temperature conditions.
The ceramic fiber blanket is white in color and regular in size. It integrates fire resistance, heat insulation and heat preservation, and does not contain a binder. When used in a neutral, oxidizing atmosphere, it can maintain good tensile strength, toughness and fiber structure. Temperature resistance is 950-1400℃, with chemical stability, thermal stability, sound absorption and noise reduction performance, high tensile strength, low thermal conductivity, low heat capacity, etc.

Productive Process
1.Raw material quality control including physical and chemical testing.
Put the selected raw materials in the furnace for high temperature spinning.
2.Needle with the needling machine.
3.Roll up the woven blanket.

Packing And Shipping

By hard paper carton(Outside)+plastic bags(inside).

1.Raw material quality control including physical and chemical testing.
2.Crushing and grinding of bulk raw materials.
3. According to customer data sheet required to mixing Raw Material.
Pressing or shaping the green brick depend on different raw material and brick shape.
4.Dry the bricks at dryer kiln.
5.Put the bricks into the tunnel kiln to burning by higher temp from 1300-1800 deg.
6.The quality control department will inspect the finished refractory bricks random.
