AI203-SiC-C brick, referred to as ASC brick. AI203-SiC-C brick is made of fused corundum (or sintered corundum, special grade bauxite clinker), graphite and silicon carbide with fixed carbon above 90%-95% as the main raw materials. It is made by adding graphite, bauxite, and additives, after batching, forming, drying and high temperature firing. ASC brick has very good high temperature performance and anti-oxidation, anti-flaking and anti-slag erosion properties, can withstand long-term high-temperature solution erosion, and has a long service life.

AI203-SiC-C brick is mainly used as sliding nozzle slide, continuous casting tundish integral stopper, etc. It can also be used as lining for hot metal pretreatment and steel ladle lining. According to different manufacturing processes, aluminum carbon bricks can be divided into fired aluminum carbon bricks and unfired aluminum carbon bricks.

Fired aluminum-carbon bricks are ceramic bonding or ceramic-carbon composite bonding materials. They are widely used as sliding nozzle slides, long nozzles, immersion nozzle upper and lower nozzle bricks and integral stoppers for continuous casting. Unburned aluminum-carbon bricks are carbon-bonded materials. Because their oxidation resistance is significantly better than that of magnesia-carbon bricks and the corrosion resistance of Na2O slag is excellent, they have been widely used in hot metal pretreatment equipment.

Productive Process

1.Raw material quality control including physical and chemical testing.           
2.Crushing and grinding of bulk raw materials.
3. According to customer data sheet required to mixing Raw Material.
Pressing or shaping the green brick depend on different raw material and brick shape.
4.Dry the bricks at dryer kiln.
5.Put the bricks into the tunnel kiln to burning by higher temp from 1300-1800 deg.
6.The quality control department will inspect the finished refractory bricks random.

Packing And Shipping

Packaging  according to safety sea-exporting packing Standard
Dispatch : loading the finished packing material at factory by container Door toDoor   
By sea fumigated wooden pallet + plastic belt  + plastic film wrap.
