High strength castable refractories are kinds of cement based composite single component dry mortar, which is prepared by industrial production of high strength cement, mineral admixture, high strength aggregate and anti-crack wear-resistant agent.

High strength castable refractories can be used by adding water and stirring on site. It has good construction and work ability. A certain thickness of anti-wear layer is formed on the surface of the silo or ore trough by manual plastering. After normal maintenance, it can meet the technical requirements and has abrasion resistance. High, high bonding strength with basic concrete (steel silo), strong impact resistance, high compressive strength, good durability, long service life, etc.

Application

High strength castable refractories are specially used for lining the anti-wear layer of slag ditch, mine trough, coal discharging trough, hopper and material silo in metallurgy, coal, thermal power, chemical industry and cement industries, and for the anti-wear layer of flood sluice and unloading hopper in water conservancy, hydropower, port and other projects, so as to protect the foundation concrete.

  • 1.Raw material quality control including physical and chemical testing.

    Pressing or shaping the green brick depend on different raw material and brick shape.
    4.Dry the bricks at dryer kiln.
    5.Put the bricks into the tunnel kiln to burning by higher temp from 1300-1800 deg.
    6.The quality control department will inspect the finished refractory bricks random.
