It is not necessarily true that good color of clay bricks means good quality, because the yellow color can only mean that the temperature is well controlled during the sintering process, and the clay fired bricks have the same color.

1. Products are produced according to usage requirements
At present, the products produced by clay brick manufacturers are all based on the user's requirements. The requirements in the indicators are different, and the clay bricks made are also different. The yellow color is due to the use of powder, which will appear yellowish white. Some are red and yellow. If the firing temperature is 10 to -20℃ higher, the color will appear red and yellow, but the softening temperature under load will be higher and the volume will be denser.
2. Refractory claybricks are produced directly from raw materials
Clay bricks can be produced directly from raw materials, or by adding a certain proportion of waste bricks. Generally speaking, those that add waste bricks will appear yellow, while those that add raw materials will appear dark red or slightly yellow.
3. The quality of clay firebricks depends on the volume density of the bricks, etc.
The quality of clay refractory bricks depends on the brick's bulk density, aluminum content, load softening temperature, and strength. Good quality does not mean good surface color alone. In addition, the external dimensions of the bricks are also used. No matter how beautiful the bricks are, if the bricks are not of good size, there will be heavy joints during construction or large ash joints when the layers are staggered, which will affect the service life of the refractory bricks. Therefore, the measurement of quality is multifaceted. It's not just about the surface color.
Under normal circumstances, to verify clay bricks, the outer dimensions of the bricks are first measured. If the dimensions are qualified, the weight must be weighed. The heavier the unit weight, the denser the brick. The aluminum content will basically exceed the aluminum content specified in the national standards, and the load softening temperature is the most difficult to achieve. If the tested load softening temperature is reached, it is enough to indicate that the quality of the bricks is good.
Therefore, the yellow color of clay fire bricks does not prove that the quality of the bricks is good. Even if the color is dark red, as long as the strength and load-softness are reached, it can prove that the quality of the bricks is good.
