Industrial kiln backing linings require insulation boards that combine low thermal conductivity with structural rigidity to prevent furnace shell deformation under mechanical loads. Synthesized from pure active siliceous (SiO₂ ≈ 43%) and calcareous (CaO ≈ 44%) raw materials reinforced with heat-resistant inorganic fibers, our boards are cured under high-pressure saturated steam in industrial autoclaves to form a robust tobermorite/xonotlite crystalline matrix.

Certified 100% asbestos-free, our calcium silicate boards offer operating temperature ratings of 650°C, 1000°C, and 1050°C. With thermal conductivity as low as 0.050 W/m·K at elevated temperatures and compressive strength exceeding 0.52 to 13.0 MPa, they deliver reliable thermal barrier backing behind working refractories in cement preheaters, petrochemical cracking lines, aluminum electrolytic cells, and power generation steam piping.

Honest Operating Limitation: Calcium silicate board is hydrophilic; direct water wetting before heating lowers its structural insulation until dried. Always store boards under dry warehouse conditions and never use them in direct open contact with molten aluminum wash without boron nitride coating.
