Soluble Fiber Paper

Soluble fiber paper is a calcium-magnesium heat-insulating product that Topower makes in Shandong, China. We start with high quality raw materials and run physical and chemical testing on every batch. The selected material goes into the furnace for high temperature spinning. The fiber then passes through crushing and beating, followed by a six times slag removal process that lifts it to high-purity grade. We add a diluted binder to turn the fiber into pulp. The pulp is vacuum-formed on a fourdrinier wire. After forming, the sheet is dried evenly by microwave, rolled, and packed. If your working temperature sits above 1100°C, ceramic fiber paper is the better fit. We supply it in 1000°C, 1100°C and 1300°C working grades.

The finished sheet has good flexibility and no slag. You can cut it at will to any shape your job needs. The material is biodegradable and is a green environmental protection product. It causes no irritation or harm to the human body and to the environment. Buyers who need an RCF-free material can request the biosoluble option. We build this paper as a calcium-magnesium product from composite materials.

Key performance points: low shrinkage, low thermal conductivity, low heat storage, and good thermal stability. It also has strong mechanical processing performance and a long service life. Those points matter in sealing and insulation work, where the sheet must hold its shape under heat and still cut cleanly at the bench.

We do not sell this paper from a fixed grade list on this page. Buyers choose the build by working temperature, thickness, density, width, and roll length instead. Start with working temperature. The working temperature of the standard build is 1100°C and the specification temperature is 1260°C. Match the sheet to the hottest point it will see, not to the average of the furnace.

Next, decide whether you need the biosoluble option. If your project or market needs an RCF-free material, say so at the inquiry stage and we will supply a biosoluble build. If you have no such requirement, the standard calcium-magnesium build covers most sealing and insulation jobs.

Then set the thickness, density, width, and roll length for your order. The standard bulk density is 200±15 kg/m³. A thin sheet suits tight gaskets and thin heat barriers. A thicker sheet suits wrap layers and expansion joint packing. Ask for a datasheet for your chosen build so your engineering team can confirm the values before the order.

Both 610 mm and 1220 mm widths are available. Thickness runs from 0.5 mm to 10 mm across the list. Roll length rises as thickness falls, so the 0.5 mm roll gives the longest run and the 10 mm roll the shortest. For a large surface, soluble fiber blanket covers the area faster.  Paper has to be laid in strips. Tensile strength for the standard build is 0.33 MPa and moisture content is 1%.

Soluble fiber paper is used in these areas:

In sealing work, the sheet is cut to the flange or joint shape and holds a soft, tight contact surface. You can also skip the cutting step. Ceramic fiber gasket is punched from ceramic fiber cardboard to your drawing. As a heat barrier, it sits between a hot face and a cooler part to slow heat flow. In expansion joints, it fills the gap and takes up movement. One roll serves many jobs because the material cuts with a knife and keeps a clean edge. A joint that needs a hard, load-bearing lining is a different job. Low cement castable is the material for it, not this paper.

We pack the paper to a safety sea-exporting packing standard. The inside layer is a plastic bag for moisture protection. The outside layer is a hard paper carton. Pallet options are available for larger orders, and OEM packing and labeling are available on request.

For dispatch, we load the finished packed material at our factory into a container. We support door to door delivery. Is this paper the same as the biosoluble grade?
On this page the biosoluble option is the RCF-free build we supply on request. If your project needs an RCF-free material, tell us at the inquiry stage. Standard builds ship without that requirement.

Working temperature is 1100°C and specification temperature is 1260°C.

What are the density and tensile strength?
Bulk density is 200±15 kg/m³, tensile strength is 0.33 MPa, and moisture content is 1%.
