Ceramic fiber blanket is a needled refractory insulation material widely used for kiln lining, furnace backup insulation, high-temperature pipe wrapping and thermal sealing. Productive Process

Ceramic fiber blanket is produced from selected high-purity raw materials that are melted at high temperature and converted into fibers through a fiberizing process. The loose ceramic fibers are then collected and formed into a continuous blanket structure.

After fiber formation, the blanket is processed by double-sided needling to improve tensile strength, flexibility and structural stability. This needling process helps the blanket maintain uniform thickness and good handling performance during installation.

After needling, the product is trimmed, slit and cut into standard sizes according to required thickness, width and roll length. Each batch is inspected for density, thickness, dimensional accuracy and appearance before packing, ensuring stable quality for kiln, furnace and high-temperature insulation applications.

Packing And Shipping
