Description
Rockwool board is a kind of rock wool insulation material mainly used in slab tracks. It uses basalt as the main raw material. After high temperature melting, it is made into artificial inorganic fiber by high-speed centrifugal equipment. At the same time, binder and dustproof oil are added. After heating and curing, various specifications and different requirements of rock wool insulation boards are produced. At the same time, rockwool board can also be combined with glass wool and aluminum silicate wool to make a rock wool composite insulation board.

Precaution
1. Pay attention to rain, and can not construct in rainy days.
2. For refrigeration, a moisture-proof layer must be added. At extremely low temperatures, resin-free rock wool is used as a thermal insulation material, and the moisture barrier must also be fireproof.
3. When the temperature exceeds a certain temperature (such as 200°C), appropriate external protection must be added to the insulating material to keep the thickness and bulk density of the rock wool board unchanged.
4. Regarding the insulation of large-caliber and flat-panel equipment with finished rock wool, when the temperature exceeds 200 ℃, please remember the instructions of the rock wool board manufacturer: add insulation nails (about 400mm apart), and the external protection should be tight.
5. Appropriate coating can be used for equipment that needs insulation to prevent corrosion, insulation nails and pipes. In addition, there should be no leakage. This way you can get better results.
6. If the finished rock wool board is easy to be mechanically worn under outdoor heat preservation conditions, it should be covered with metal or plastic, and then pay attention to the seams and the sealing of the seams. If necessary, add glue seal. The wrapping layer should not be less than 100mm.
7. When the thermal insulation object is placed at 90 degrees and has a certain height, the thermal insulation layer of the rock wool board must have positioning pins or support rings, and the spacing should not be greater than 3 meters to prevent the thermal insulation material from falling during sliding and vibration.
8. In order to minimize the heat loss, the joint of rock wool board and felt must be tightly connected. If there are multiple insulating layers, they need to be cross-connected to avoid thermal bridges. During cold insulation, the cold bridge must be completely insulated.
