Description
JM insulating firebrick puts alumina as main materials. After extrusion molding, they are fired at high temperature. Each surface of the brick is mechanically polished to the required size. Insulating firebricks can reduce the cost of the foundation, reduce the cross-section of the frame, and save reinforced concrete can significantly save the comprehensive cost of the building. It's a necessary refractory bricks for us to use in various kinds of furnace such as chemical industry,glass foundry and so on. These JM insulating firebrick does well in energy saving and heat preservation. The tolerance of temperature is from 1300 to 1400 degrees.

Productive Process
1.Raw material quality control including physical and chemical testing.
2.Crushing and grinding of bulk raw materials.
3. According to customer data sheet required to mixing Raw Material.
Pressing or shaping the green brick depend on different raw material and brick shape.
4.Put the bricks into the tunnel kiln to burning.
5.Grind the bricks.
6.The quality control department will inspect the finished refractory bricks random.
