Description
Chrome Zirconia Corundum brick uses some chrome materials which have excellent alkali and acid resistant performance. It is constructed from zirconia, alumina, and chromium oxide. These bricks can be used in the fiberglass kiln's flue and ascending parts, severely eroded colored glass (green), the pool wall, bottom, and other insulating glass wool and rock wool fiber kilns that come into contact with the glass, as well as ceramic frit glaze kilns. Discharge port; can also be utilized in waste incinerators, zinc oxide melting furnaces, and metallurgical molten pools and rotary furnaces.

Productive Process
1.Raw material quality control including physical and chemical testing.
2.Crushing and grinding of bulk raw materials.
3. According to customer data sheet required to mixing Raw Material.
Pressing or shaping the green brick depend on different raw material and brick shape.
4.Dry the bricks at dryer kiln.
5.Put the bricks into the tunnel kiln to burning by higher temp from 1300-1800 deg.
6.The quality control department will inspect the finished chrome zirconia corundum bricks random.
