Description

The zirconium sizing nozzle is mainly used for billet continuous casting, and it is installed at the bottom of the tundish. There are three types of traditional zircon nozzle: inlaid, composite and integral. The so-called inlaid sizing nozzle is a zirconia ceramic refractory material with excellent performance for the part of the inner layer that contacts the molten steel. The inner and outer refractory materials are bonded together with a binder or fire mud, that is, the excellent refractory of the inner layer. The material is embedded in the jacket.
