Zircon Aggregate Bricks
MOQ: 5 tons
Description
Zircon Aggregate Bricks have high molecular structure density, high volume relative density, large bulk density, high impact toughness at room temperature and high temperature, good thermal shock reliability, small refiring shrinkage and high-temperature stress relaxation, and increased organic chemical reliability and resistance.
It is made by mixing zircon, which is a natural mineral, with various other materials. The bricks are designed to withstand high temperatures and can be used in a variety of applications. They are available in a range of sizes and shapes.
Zircon Aggregate Bricks Specifications:
1. Density - 3.9-4.1 g/cm³
2. Compressive Strength - ≥120 Mpa
3. Thermal Conductivity - ≤1.5 W/m·K
4. Refractoriness - ≥2200℃
5. Thermal Shock Resistance - Good
Features
Zircon Aggregate Bricks are one of the common refractory bricks in glass kiln. The main raw material is ZrO2-SiO2. The ZrO2-SiO2 is a square crystal mineral, with a hardness of 7.8 and a melting point of 2550 ° C. The chemical properties of this stone are quite stable, and are not affected by the erosion of the melting glass and slag.
1. Heat resistance: It have high refractoriness, which means they can withstand extremely high temperatures without cracking or breaking.
2. High compression strength: These bricks have high compression strength, which means they can bear significant loads without deformation or damage.
3. Resistance to chemical attack: Zircon is not easily corroded by acid, alkali, or other chemical substances, which makes the bricks highly resistant to chemical attack.
4. Low thermal conductivity: Zircon Aggregate Bricks have low thermal conductivity, which means they can withstand rapid temperature changes.
5. Long service life: These bricks are durable and long-lasting, which makes them an excellent investment for any construction project.

Application
Zircon Aggregate Bricks are mainly used for the gap between the chest wall of the glass kiln and the gap, and the sub-layer paving tiles at the bottom of the kiln pool effectively protect the metal perforation of the bottom part of the pool of the glass kiln.
It is used in a variety of applications, including:
1. Furnace linings
2. Kiln linings
3. Incinerators
4. Refractory lining in chemical and petrochemical industries
5. Glassmaking furnaces and refractory materials
