Description
The density part of corundum mullite composite brick uses electric melting mullite stone, Electric Moisturizing corundum, and Guangxi White Mud as the main raw materials. The lightweight part of the raw materials use 47 mullite Stone, Blue Stone, Drifting Beads, and Tynted Gem as the main raw materials.When produce it add the partition board in the middle of module, and add heavy materials and lightweight materials at both ends, and it will be made by high -voltage and high -temperature sintering. The combination of corundum and mullite phases gives the brick unique properties that make it suitable for a wide range of high-temperature applications.
Features
This composite brick has the performance of abrasion, brushing, high temperature resistance, anti -peeling, acid resistance, and alkali corrosion. It has a high refractoriness and can withstand temperatures up to 1800°C (3272°F) or higher, depending on the quality and grade of the brick. The combination of corundum and mullite phases gives the brick excellent thermal stability. It exhibits low thermal expansion, which helps prevent cracking and spalling under thermal stress. This property makes it ideal for applications involving rapid temperature changes or cyclic heating and cooling. It can withstand sudden temperature variations without cracking or spalling, ensuring its longevity and performance in applications where rapid heating and cooling occur.
Application
Corundum mullite composite brick solves the problem of short service life of the refractory brick in the switching kiln, and it is easy to fall off. As a result, the overall temperature of the rotary kiln is high, the equipment operation rate is low, and the energy consumption consumption is high. It widely used in the inner lining of heat work equipment such as environmental protection hazardous waste disposal production lines and second -combust rooms.
