Description
At high temperature, Cr2O3 and Al2O3 form a continuous solid solution, so the high temperature performance of Chromium corundum products is better than that of pure corundum products. Chrome Corundum Brick the content of Cr2O3 is mostly in the range of 9% to 15%. The main mineral composition is α-Al2O3-Cr2O3 solid solution. The secondary mineral composition is a refractory brick with a small amount of composite spinel (or no composite spinel) and a chromium oxide content of 1% to 30%.
Chromium corundum bricks generally refer to sintered chromium corundum bricks. Using al2o3 as raw material, add an appropriate amount of chromium oxide powder and chromium corundum clinker powder, shape it, and then fire it at high temperature. The chromium oxide content in sintered chromium corundum bricks is generally lower than that in fused chromium corundum bricks.

Good thermal conductivity: It can effectively conduct heat, which is beneficial to maintaining the thermal balance and energy saving of heating equipment.

Application
Sintered chrome corundum bricks are widely used in glass kiln linings, liquid hole cover glass bricks, glass fiber kiln bodies and upstream vents, colored glass kilns in severely corroded areas, insulated glass fiber kiln walls, bottom and molten iron pretreatment equipment in front of the furnace. , supported by coal-water slurry pressurized gasifier, ceramic glaze kiln discharge port, metallurgical melt pool and rotary kiln, zinc smelting furnace.

Productive Process
1.Raw material quality control including physical and chemical testing.
2.Crushing and grinding of bulk raw materials.
3. According to customer data sheet required to mixing Raw Material.
Pressing or shaping the green brick depend on different raw material and brick shape.
4.Dry the Chrome Corundum Brick at dryer kiln.
5.Put the bricks into the tunnel kiln to burning by higher temp from 1300-1800 deg.
6.The quality control department will inspect the finished refractory bricks random.
