Description
High Alumina Refractory Brick is made of bauxite clinker, which is called high-alumina particles after crushing, grading, sorting, screening, iron removal, processing, and graded storage. Product quality can be increased by using the fine grinding process. The temperature in a tunnel kiln is typically 1500-1600°C. The product is resistant to corrosion and has low high temperature creep.It has benefits such as high thermal shock stability and so on. The refractoriness is more than 1770 "C. Slag, acid, and alkali resistance are all excellent. It is utilized in the construction of a variety of industrial high-temperature furnaces, glass furnaces, and so on.

Application
Mainly used for masonry blast furnace, hot blast stove, electric furnace roof, blast furnace, reverberatory furnace, rotary kiln lining. In addition, High Alumina Refractory Brick as refractory fire bricks are also widely used as open hearth regenerative checker bricks, plugs for pouring systems, nozzle bricks, etc. However, the price of high alumina fire bricks is higher than that of clay bricks, so it is not necessary to use high alumina fire bricks where clay bricks can meet the requirements.

Productive Process
1.Raw material quality control including physical and chemical testing.
2.Crushing and grinding of bulk raw materials.
3. According to customer data sheet required to mixing Raw Material.
Pressing or shaping the green brick depend on different raw material and brick shape.
4.Dry the bricks at dryer kiln.
5.Put the bricks into the tunnel kiln to burning by higher temp from 1300-1800 deg.
6.The quality control department will inspect the finished high alumina refractory brick random.
