Description
Mullite Refractory Brick is a high-aluminum refractory material with mullite (3A203-2si02) as the main crystal phase. The content of aluminum oxide is between 65%and 75%. It can be used directly for high -temperature kiln lining. It is currently widely used in the lining of shuttle kiln, mixed road kiln, glass and petrochemical kiln. The volume density indicator of mullite refractory brick is a comprehensive reflection of the volume and mineral composition of mullite bricks. Because it is easier to determine, it is usually used as a method for judging the degree of sintering of mullite stone bricks. The factors that affect the volume density of mullite stone fire -resistant bricks are the following two aspects: First, the volume density of the alumina content of the mullite refractory brick and the size of the alumina particles, on the other hand, the control of the production process process.

Application
Mullite Refractory Brick is suitable to construcation of superstructures and crowns of glass fiber furnace and glass furnace, borosilicate and sodium silicate glass tanks.

Physical And Chemical Indicators

Productive Process
1.Raw material quality control including physical and chemical testing.
2.Crushing and grinding of bulk raw materials.
3. According to customer data sheet required to mixing Raw Material.
Pressing or shaping the green brick depend on different raw material and brick shape.
4.Dry the bricks at dryer kiln.
5.Put the bricks into the tunnel kiln to burning by higher temp from 1300-1800 deg.
6.The quality control department will inspect the finished refractory bricks random.
