Special Alumina Brick
MOQ: 5 tons
Description
Special alumina bricks are made from raw materials with a high concentration of alumina, typically above 90%. This high alumina content provides excellent thermal stability and resistance to heat. They are close to neutral refractory materials and can resist the erosion of acid slag and alkaline slag. Among them, Al2O3 is high, and the amount of impurities is small, and the formation of fusible glass is small. Therefore, the load softening temperature is higher than that of clay bricks.
Special alumina refractory bricks can be further classified into various types based on their specific properties and applications. For example, fireclay bricks are a type of special alumina brick that contain a higher percentage of clay and have good thermal shock resistance, making them ideal for use in blast furnaces and steel-making applications. Mullite bricks, on the other hand, contain a mixture of alumina and silica and are used in high-temperature applications such as kiln linings and furnace walls.
Features
Special alumina brick is a type of refractory brick made from high-purity alumina and other materials. They are designed to withstand high temperatures, corrosion, and abrasion in various industrial applications.
High Temperature Resistance: These bricks can withstand extremely high temperatures, making them ideal for use in industries such as steel production, glass manufacturing, cement kilns, and other high-temperature processes.
Low Thermal Conductivity: Special alumina brick has low thermal conductivity, which helps in reducing heat transfer and minimizing energy loss in furnaces, kilns, and other industrial equipment.
Chemical Resistance: These bricks exhibit excellent chemical resistance, making them resistant to corrosive environments. They are commonly used in industries involving chemicals, petrochemicals, and incinerators where exposure to aggressive gases or liquids is prevalent.

Application
Special alumina brick is mainly used for lining blast furnaces, hot blast furnaces, electric furnace roofs, blast furnaces, reverberatory furnaces, and rotary kilns. These bricks are designed to withstand extremely high temperatures and harsh operating conditions, making them suitable for various industrial applications.
Special aluminum bricks are essential components in various industrial settings where high temperature and chemical resistance are crucial. They provide effective lining solutions for furnaces, kilns, reactors, and other equipment that operate under demanding conditions.
