Description
The production process of refractory fireclay refractory brick is divided into raw material treatment, molding, drying, high temperature calcination and other steps. Fireclay brick is made of fire clay, calcined chamotte,mullite etc. The raw materials first need to be mixed in proportion, screened and ground to produce fine, uniform particles. The bricks have low porosity,high strength, good resistance to thermal spalling and to abrasion and to creep. Fireclay refractory bricks, also known as sintered bricks, are one of the oldest building materials in the world.
