Description
Magnesia spinel brick use high-purity magnesia and magnesia alumina spinel as the main raw materials. The firing temperature and firing atmosphere are strictly controlled to make it have good flexibility and thermal shock stability, kiln skin performance and corrosion resistance The performance exceeds that of high-quality magnesia chrome brick. Magnesium spinel bricks can be divided into two types: alkaline and non-alkaline. Alkaline magnesia spinel brick is mainly composed of magnesia and calcium oxide, its slag erosion resistance is good, but it is easy to be corroded by alkaline substances at high temperature. Non-alkaline magnesia spinel brick is composed of magnesia and alumina, which has good alkaline resistance, but its slag resistance is relatively poor.

Magnesia spinel brick has good corrosion resistance, strong corrosion and peeling ability, good slag resistance, abrasion resistance, thermal shock stability, high temperature resistance and other performance characteristics.

Application
It is an ideal raw material used in high-temperature zones of cement rotary kilns, ladle lining bricks and ladle castables. Magnesium spinel brick is widely used in refractory materials, steel smelting, cement rotary kilns and glass industrial kilns.
1. Instead of magnesia chrome brick sand for cement rotary kilns, which not only avoids chromium pollution, but also has good spalling resistance.
2. Used to make ladle castables, greatly improving the corrosion resistance of steel plate linings. It is widely used in refractory materials for steelmaking. The preparation of high-quality pre-synthetic spinel provides new raw materials for the production of unshaped and shaped high-purity refractories.

Productive Process
1.Raw material quality control including physical and chemical testing.
2.Crushing and grinding of bulk raw materials.
3. According to customer data sheet required to mixing Raw Material.
Pressing or shaping the green brick depend on different raw material and brick shape.
4.Dry the bricks at dryer kiln.
5.Put the bricks into the tunnel kiln to burning by higher temp from 1300-1800 deg.
6.The quality control department will inspect the finished refractory bricks random.
