Description
Micro expansion high alumina castable overcomes the low strength and burnout of clay-bonded refractory castables.
Shortcomings such as rear line shrinkage also avoid the high density and strength of low-cement refractory castables.
Disease, using second and third grade bauxite clinker, mullite powder, corundum powder, expansion agent and sintering agent, etc.
The material is formulated into a new type of refractory castable that is slightly expanded and easy to sinter at medium temperatures.

Product Features
The Al2O3 content of micro expansion high alumina castable is 60%, which is enough to meet the needs of the heating furnace. Because of the high Al2O3 content, the castable has poor thermal shock resistance and is prone to spalling;
The strength of castables is higher than that of clay-bonded refractory castables, but much lower than that of low-cement refractory castables. Because of its high strength, it is easy to burst and peel off, which is not conducive to the use of heating furnaces;
The linear changes of the castables after burning at 1400°C are all positive, and micro-expansion during use can prevent the occurrence of furnace lining cracks and thermal spalling.
