Official Notice: In observance of the traditional Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival, tprefractory offices, production facilities, and warehouse dispatch centers will observe a scheduled holiday break from September 25 to September 27, 2026. Normal manufacturing operations, laboratory testing, and container dispatch will fully resume on Monday, September 28, 2026.

Production Lead Times & Order Cutoff Guidelines
The Mid-Autumn Festival holiday causes short-term port congestion, reduced inland freight capacity, and ocean carrier cutoffs across major shipping hubs in North China, particularly Qingdao Port (FOB Qingdao).
To ensure your refractories arrive on schedule for planned kiln turnarounds or furnace relining, we recommend adhering to the following lead-time checkpoints:

Shipping, Customs & Inland Transport Schedule
Port Operations (Qingdao Port): Qingdao terminal gates remain functional for scheduled container departures, but inland trucking and export customs clearance will operate under limited holiday staffing from September 25 through September 27.
Pre-Holiday Vessel Loadings: Orders scheduled for vessels departing during the holiday week have already been gated into terminal yards and export-cleared. Verified shipping documents (Bill of Lading, COA, Mill Test Certificates, and Fumigation Certificates) will be transmitted digitally as scheduled.
Post-Holiday Dispatch Rush: Inbound orders finalized during the holiday period will be entered into our manufacturing ERP system on a strict first-confirmed, first-produced sequence. Standard inventory dispatch resumes September 28.

Planning Ahead: Golden Week (National Day) Advisory
Please note that the Chinese National Day Golden Week (October 1 – October 7) follows shortly after the Mid-Autumn Festival. Ocean freight container bookings and regional trucking capacity throughout early October face high seasonal demand.
If your facility requires scheduled shipments of ceramic fiber blankets, high alumina refractory bricks, or monolithic castables for October and November installation windows, we strongly advise placing purchase orders or confirming production reservations before September 25 to lock in container space and production slots.
