When choosing high alumina refractory bricks, the following factors need to be considered:

The production process of our thermal insulation ceramic fiber blanket is to use the continuous melting and continuous throwing process of the non-lined water-cooled wall resistance furnace to form fibers, and double-sided needle punching molding; the fibers are long, thick and uniform in diameter, high in tensile strength, strong in air flow erosion resistance, and good in thermal stability. Through the heat treatment of the fully automatic blanket heating furnace, the aluminum silicate ceramic fiber products can be pre-phased to reduce the high-temperature shrinkage of the product during use; at the same time, the use of excellent raw materials and special purification and mixing production processes effectively reduces the impurity content in the product and improves the thermal stability of the product.

Aluminum silicate ceramic fiber blankets can generally be divided into two types: spun silk blankets and blown blankets. Because of the different thickness of the fibers, the characteristics and uses of the two products are slightly different. The aluminum silicate ceramic fibers used in the spun silk blankets are thicker and longer than those of the blown blankets, so the spun silk blankets have higher tensile and flexural strength than the blown blankets, and are suitable for thermal insulation environments with higher requirements for flexural and tensile properties.
The aluminum silicate ceramic fibers of the blown blankets are thinner than those of the spun silk blankets, so they are inferior to the spun silk blankets in terms of tensile and flexural properties. However, the thermal conductivity of the blown blankets is better, and they are suitable for environments with low requirements for the tear resistance of the aluminum silicate ceramic fiber blankets, but higher requirements for thermal insulation properties.
Aluminum silicate ceramic blanket has excellent refractory properties and is often used for thermal insulation in industry. It is especially good at being used as a thermal insulation refractory material for high-temperature kilns. It has strong thermal insulation capacity, so it can save more heat. It is 1.2 times the energy-saving capacity of similar thermal insulation materials such as insulation bricks, and it is low in weight.
