Low creep high alumina refractory bricks are mainly made of high alumina bauxite (the main component is Al₂O₃), fused corundum, fused mullite, etc. as the main raw materials, and are fired at high temperature. Among its chemical composition, the Al₂O₃ content is generally high, usually above 50-70%, and also contains a small amount of impurities such as Fe₂O₃, CaO, SiO₂, etc.

Low creep rate: Under high temperature and constant load conditions, its creep rate is low, and it can maintain a stable shape and size for a long time, reducing the damage and maintenance frequency of the kiln lining caused by material deformation.

Good chemical stability: It has a certain corrosion resistance to chemical substances such as alkali metals, sulfur, and chlorine, and can maintain good performance in some high-temperature environments with chemical erosion.
Product use
Hot blast furnace: It is widely used in the regenerator, combustion chamber and other parts of the hot blast furnace. In the regenerator, low creep refr high alumina refractory bricks can withstand the repeated scouring and thermal stress of high-temperature airflow, and maintain good heat storage and heat release performance; in the combustion chamber, it can resist the erosion of high-temperature flames and the scouring of combustion products, ensuring the long-term stable operation of the hot blast furnace.

In these parts, low creep refractory bricks must withstand high temperature, high pressure, and erosion and scouring of slag.
