Ceramic fiber tube is a kind of ceramic fiber textile. The main component is aluminum silicate. It can be reinforced with alkali-free glass fiber yarn or heat-resistant steel wire. It is a refractory insulation material.
Production principle
The ceramic fiber tube mainly draws on the traditional textile production process, spinning aluminum silicate refractory fiber into yarn, and using glass fiber or heat-resistant steel wire as the reinforcing material, using special textile technology and equipment, weaving into ceramic fiber tube.
Traits
1. It is a new type of heat preservation refractory material and inorganic material. Can be used for long-term high temperature 1000°C. It contains a certain amount of binder material, and it usually burns at a lower temperature without affecting the insulation performance. It maintains good mechanical strength even after heating.
2. Light weight, high temperature resistance, good heat insulation, acid and alkali resistance, non-toxic, high tensile strength and toughness.
3. It has a higher level of electrical insulation and high temperature insulation than glass fiber casing.

Description
