2. Pay attention to the proportion added during construction
Another thing to note: When constructing lightweight materials, you must pay attention to the proportion of adding them, because too little water is added to lightweight castables. Some of the raw materials in the matrix are too light to be constructed and are not easy to condense. If you add too much water, it will affect the strength of later use.
3. Aggregates and powder must be mixed first during construction.
Therefore, during on-site construction, the aggregate and powder must be mixed first, then the binder is added, and then the lightweight castable is added and stirred in strict accordance with the water addition ratio given by the manufacturer.
