1. Before sintering: in this process, the temperature control is key, with the temperature rise, the ceramic fiber insulation blanket body shrinkage, but the density and intensity of the change is not large, the microstructure of the grain proportion has not changed, this stage of the body is easy to split, due to the moisture and binder is removed, so pay attention to the heating rate.

2. Early sintering: when the temperature has a small change, its volume is reduced, the density will have a big change, although the microstructure of the grain proportion is still no significant change, but the particles are no longer the point thick, the porosity is also reduced, this stage of the body due to sintering volume reduction, it is easy to produce the body split and shape.

3. Late sintering: the temperature rises, all the changes are deeper than the previous step, but the change in density and intensity of the ceramic fiber insulation mat is almost no longer convenient, the grain proportion of the microstructure changes significantly, the pores become smaller, and are not connected to each other, forming isolated pores, some pores remain in the grain.
