Magnesia Alumina Spinel Brick is a specialized refractory material formulated by combining magnesia and alumina to create spinel, a compound known for its outstanding thermal and chemical properties.The magnesite spinel bricks are made of high-quality alumina with an Al2O3 content of 76% or higher and high-quality light-burned magnesia powder with a MgO content of more than 95%. After multi-stage homogenization, the temperature of the ultra-high temperature tunnel kiln is higher than 1800°C.

Products Production Process

 

Magnesium sand and fused magnesia alumina spinel sand are crushed and crushed according to the process, so that the aggregate particle composition and fine powder fineness meet the process requirements.
