1260 Ceramic Fiber Blankets
MOQ: 50 rolls
Description
1260 ceramic fiber blankets are made by double-sided needle punching raw components into fibers and spraying them with high-temperature melt. The degree of fiber interweaving, delamination resistance, tensile strength, and surface flatness are all considerably increased after the double-sided needling process.
The fiber blanket contains no organic bonding agent, ensuring that the ceramic fiber insulation blanket is manufacturable and stable in high and low temperature circumstances. It combines fire resistance, heat insulation, and heat preservation without the use of a binder.
Features
Withstands up to 1260°C (2300°F), ideal for furnaces, kilns, and boilers.
Minimizes heat loss, improving energy efficiency and reducing operational costs.
Maintains integrity under rapid temperature changes, preventing cracks.
Easier to handle and install compared to traditional refractory bricks.
Performs well in harsh industrial environments, including acidic/alkaline conditions.
Meets A1 fire safety standards, ensuring workplace safety.
Reduces warm-up/cool-down time, enhancing process efficiency.

Application
1260 Ceramic Fiber Blankets are widely used in industries requiring efficient thermal management:
Insulation for steel, glass, and ceramic production.
Heat containment in thermal power stations.
Pipe insulation, flare stacks, and reactor linings.
Exhaust systems and thermal barriers.
Ladle covers, annealing furnaces.
Backup insulation for fire-rated structures.

Productive Process
1260 Ceramic Fiber Blankets are produced using advanced spinning technology, The process includes:
Raw Material Selection – High-purity alumina-silica materials for optimal thermal performance.
Melting & Fiberization – Raw materials are melted at ultra-high temperatures and spun into fine fibers.
Needle Punching – Fibers are mechanically bonded for enhanced strength and flexibility.
Heat Treatment – Stabilized at high temperatures to improve durability.
