Products Description
Anorthite Insulation lightweight refractory bricks are made of raw materials such as kaolinite, clay clinker, pyrophyllite and gypsum, added or foamed materials, molded by mud casting or extrusion, and dried and fired. Lightweight refractory bricks combined with Anorthite are typically anorthite combined with lightweight mullite bricks.

The volume density of anorthite Insulation lightweight refractory brick is 0.48g/cm3. Compressive strength ≥1.0MPa, average thermal conductivity 0.09w/mk, reburning line change ≤0.3%.
Products Preparation method
The main crystal phase of anorthite lightweight insulating refractory material is anorthite, and its main chemical composition is: Al2O3:34~40wt.%, SiO239~45wt.%, CaO:15~20wt.%; the remainder is impurities. The typical performance of this microporous lightweight insulating refractory material is: operating temperature 1250~1350℃, volume density 0.40~0.65g/cm3, thermal conductivity of about 0.19w/m·K at 800℃, and compressive strength of about 1.0MPa.
