Application: Mainly sewing pipe compensators. (Pipe compensator: solves the problem of up-down and left-right displacement of furnace top pipes, causing damage to the furnace top wall lining)

Q: How can we better distinguish between ceramic fiber paper and ceramic fiber cloth?

Ceramic fiber paper and ceramic fibrer cloth are both refractory insulation materials and can be used for heat insulation.  The difference is in the following aspects:

1. Appearance. Ceramic fiber cloth has obvious mesh, while ceramic fiber paper has little or even no mesh.
2. Density. The density of ceramic fiber paper is greater than that of ceramic fibre cloth
3.Thickness. Ceramic fiber paper can be as thin as 0.5mm, while ceramic fiber paper cannot be that thin. Generally, the thinnest one is 2mm.
4. Stand tall. Ceramic fiber paper can be placed on the mold and stood up like A4 in our lives. It is like the cloth we use in daily life. It is very soft and does not have the ability to stand upright.
5. Tear resistance. The toughness of ceramic fiber paper is not as good as that of ceramic fiber insulation cloth.
