Products Production Process
Ceramic fiber gaskets are made from high-temperature-resistant ceramic fiber paper after reprocessing. It is made of ceramic fiber blown cotton. After crushing and beating, 6 times of slag removal process become high-purity fibers, and diluted adhesive is added. The agent is formulated into paper pulp, and after the pulp is vacuum formed on a Fourdrinier wire, it is evenly dried by microwave, rolled, and packed into boxes. High temperature resistant ceramic fiber paper has uniform fiber distribution, high tensile strength, good flexibility, no delamination or slag, and can be cut at will.
