Electrofused AZS Ramming Mass

The electrofused AZS ramming mass has strong resistance to the erosion of glass liquid, small porosity, and stable performance. It can well inhibit the invasion of glass liquid and metal. When using it, you only need to add an appropriate amount of water in proportion to mix. After mixing evenly The ramming material is made into a moist and loose state, then rammed, and sintered at high temperature to form a solid whole. The previous use of phosphoric acid as a binding agent was abandoned during construction, making it safer and more convenient.

1. When the temperature is below 800°C, the expansion increases regularly by a coefficient smaller than the expansion coefficient of electrofused AZS ramming mass, and has little relationship with the load.
2. When 800°C~1200°C, the glass phase exudation increases until 1200°C, producing the following effects: (a) In this temperature range, the electrofused AZS series mash material has good plasticity
(b) Both fused corundum (Zro232% grade) paving tiles and fused AZS series mash materials contain about 20% glass phase, and the two can adhere together well
3.1200℃~1300℃. After exceeding 1200℃, the glass phase begins to transform into mullite, the plasticity weakens, and the material begins to change into a ceramic body, until the entire bottom of the pool is sintered into a sealed and indivisible whole.
4. Has good resistance to glass erosion and metal penetration.

1. Use the base layer that constitutes the sealing layer at the bottom of the pool, first lay it evenly, and then use a vibrating device to compact it. No expansion joints are left in the base layer. Its thickness depends on the specific corrosion resistance. The Electrofused AZS ramming mass used for pouring requires a minimum of water. Less (only 5% of the weight of the powder), good pouring performance can be achieved after mixing, and the hardening period is very short.

3. The ramming material has extremely fine particle size and is suitable for caulking to make the paving tiles at the bottom of the pool integrated. The water consumption is 10-12% of the weight of the powder.
