Description
Refractory Castable has high fluidity and is suitable for construction by casting method. It is an unshaped refractory that can be hardened without heating. The refractoriness is similar to that of refractory bricks of the same texture, the load softening point is slightly lower than that of refractory bricks, and the overall performance is better than refractory bricks. The castable has higher compressive strength at room temperature due to the effect of low temperature on the binder. Due to the good integrity of the masonry, the airtightness of the blast furnace is good, it is not easy to be deformed, and its resistance to machine vibration and impact is better than that of brick masonry.

Application
Refractory Castable is currently the most widely produced and used unshaped refractory. It is mainly used to form integral structures such as linings of various heating furnaces. Compared with other amorphous refractories, the binder and moisture content of castable is higher, and the fluidity is better. Therefore, the application range of castable is wider, and the material and binder can be selected according to the conditions of use. It can be directly cast into the lining for use, or made into prefabricated blocks by casting or shaking method.

Productive Process
1.Raw material quality control including physical and chemical testing.
2.Crushing and grinding of bulk raw materials.
3. According to customer data sheet required to mixing Raw Material.
Pressing or shaping the green brick depend on different raw material and brick shape.
4.Dry the bricks at dryer kiln.
5.Put the bricks into the tunnel kiln to burning by higher temp from 1300-1800 deg.
6.The quality control department will inspect the finished refractory bricks random.

Packaging according to safety sea-exporting packing Standard
Dispatch : loading the finished packing material at factory by container Door toDoor
By sea fumigated wooden pallet + plastic belt + plastic film wrap.
