Kiln body: The kiln body is the main component of the cement kiln and undertakes the calcination process of the material. It requires high refractoriness and wear resistance to withstand mechanical and thermal stresses at high temperatures. In addition,precast block also required to have good thermal shock stability and chemical corrosion resistance.
Kiln tail: The kiln tail is the feed end of the cement kiln, the temperature is relatively low, but it needs to withstand the thermal shock of the preheated material. Good thermal shock resistance and wear resistance are required to cope with the impact and wear of the material.
Preheater and decomposition furnace: used for preheating and decomposition of materials, the temperature is relatively high. Refractory prefabricated parts are required to have high refractoriness and good thermal shock resistance to withstand high temperature and chemical corrosion.
Cooler: used to cool clinker, the temperature changes greatly. Good thermal shock resistance and wear resistance are required to cope with the high temperature impact and wear of clinker.
Combustion chamber and coal injection pipe: It is the area where fuel is burned, and the temperature is extremely high. Extremely high refractoriness and thermal shock resistance are required to withstand the high temperature and thermal shock generated by combustion. At the same time, wear resistance and chemical corrosion resistance are also very important.
