How to choose refractory bricks?

Forming in the manufacturing process of China refractory brick refers to the process in which refractory raw materials are processed into blanks of specified size and shape with the help of external forces and models. However, the construction of the newly developed self-flowing castables basically does not require external force. The molding of China refractory brick is first of all to meet the use requirements of the products. When the China refractory brick is built, the products are required to have a certain shape, accurate size and sufficient strength. Secondly, molding is also an effective means to improve the physical and chemical properties of the product, and the organizational structure of the product can be improved by molding.
There are many ways to form China refractory brick. The traditional forming methods are divided into:
(1) Semi-dry method: the billet moisture is about 5%, which is suitable for billets with different clinker content (50%-100%);
(2) Plastic method: the moisture content of the blank is about 15%, which is suitable for the manufacture of large or complex products;
(3) Grouting method: the moisture content of the billet is about 40%, which is suitable for the production of various refractory materials with hollow and thin walls.
There are many forming methods of China refractory brick. The commonly used forming methods are organic pressure forming method, vibration forming method, extrusion forming method, ramming forming method, isostatic pressing forming method, melt casting forming method, grouting forming method, etc. The choice of which molding method is mainly based on the properties of the mud, the shape and size of the body and other process requirements. Except most China refractory brick are formed by machine pressing, vibration forming is generally used for forming large special-shaped blanks, extrusion forming is generally used for forming tubular blanks, and grouting is generally used for forming blanks with thin hollow walls. Isostatic pressing is currently mainly used for the production of high performance refractory materials. Of course, the choice of molding method is also limited by the equipment conditions of the production plant, so some China refractory brick cannot adopt a better molding method. In this case, enterprises should choose other more suitable forming methods on the premise of meeting the technical requirements of China refractory brick. Regardless of the method used, the formed body shall meet the following requirements:
(1) The shape, size and accuracy meet the design requirements;
(2) The structure is uniform and dense, and there are no cracks on the surface and inside;
(3) have sufficient mechanical strength;
(4) Meet the expected physical performance requirements. The processing process of the refractory brick body is forming.
Special-shaped handmade China refractory brick is a commonly used refractory brick. According to the production process, it can be divided into manual vibration molding and manual tamping molding. The material can be processed with any refractory material, but it should be noted that the composition of hand-tamped China refractory brick is stronger than that of machine-made China refractory brick. China refractory brick can be divided into three categories according to the complexity of production and processing: general type, special type, super special type, etc. For example, China refractory brick with more than two concave corners (including arc-shaped concave corners), or sharp corners with 50-70°C, or more than four grooves (total) weighing 2-15kg or more than 100kg are a special-shaped brick.
In order to efficiently produce these special-shaped products, in many cases it cannot be formed by a stamping mechanism, and mechanically formed China refractory brick require the production of
The shape and size of the product are proportionally coordinated with the shape of the punching vibration space. In addition, the mold combination can be easily and conveniently demolded. therefore,
In the face of some large, special and super-large China refractory brick, it is necessary to adopt another production process: manual molding, this process is to produce pure hand-made China refractory bricks.
Vibration-molded worker, In contrast, the mechanical strength is still slightly poor, but it is suitable for the production of small special shapes with many grooves, holes and arc grooves.
China refractory brick are often used in refractory brick masonry.
The key parts of cutting cannot be there, so in this case, many units often choose to use special-shaped materials instead or pay high prices.
Under this working mechanism, the output of the molding workers is very low, and the molding of China refractory brick is not required. More than 300 ~ 400 jin per shift, improve modeling workers
The main conditions for production efficiency are:
1. Workers’ tools should be unsystematic and laissez-faire, so that mold workers are free to pick up any necessary items in the workplace.
2. The worksheet and parts list should be handed over to the mold before work, so that the mold can arrange the budget workload of the day in time, so that the mold can be checked separately.
with status.
3. People should not deviate from auxiliary work: the work place for moving bricks, feeding the drying kiln, brick board or brick rack to form China refractory bricks, etc., these work
Bricks and slabs must be handed over to unskilled professionals (porters) to work in the type of workplace that should be issued to workers before going to work.
4. The formed bricks should be sent to the drying equipment by the porter in time, so that the formed workers can always place the formed bricks in the open space.
5. Industrial lubricating oil requires high-quality lubricating oil, and the consumption of lubricating oil is the least, because excess lubricating oil will increase waste.
