(3) Maintenance and baking system.
Maintenance and baking is also an important factor affecting the performance of high aluminum refractory castable. The maintenance is to give a coordinate and hardening time in the binding agent in the pouring material to obtain sufficient initial intensity. The key to control during maintenance is the humidity of the pouring (should be kept humid), the maintenance temperature (should be at 15-35 ° C) and time. After baking is hardening, it evaporates the remaining water, promoting the sintering process at high temperature to further improve the physical properties of the pouring body. During the baking process, the heating rate is mainly controlled, generally 15-35 ° C per hour. Once the temperature starts, it cannot be interrupted or stopped heating, until the heating is over.
