The addition amount of high-voltage electric porcelain is 20%, and the addition amount of waste silica brick powder or silica powder is 10%. Clay bricks are made from bauxite particle gradation and clay powder. It is made by the high-pressure mechanism of the brick press and high-temperature sintering. Clay bricks are mainly made of mullite, cristobalite and glass. Their content determines the properties of clay bricks. The composition and impurity content of clay vary depending on its origin. The composition of clay bricks varies greatly. At present, some waste bricks are added to the clay bricks produced on the market, and the fluctuation range is relatively stable.

High-strength alkali-resistant bricks are used in preheaters, decomposition furnaces and tertiary air ducts for cement rotation. These parts require high-strength alkali-resistant bricks with high strength, low porosity, good thermal shock resistance and excellent alkali resistance. Clay bricks are suitable for various industrial furnace linings. Compared with alkali-resistant bricks, it has a wide range of applications and a large proportion of use.
