WHAT IS THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS OF INSULATION CASTABLE?

This article will explore this issue from six aspects.

1.Material requirements
The material requirements for thermal insulation pouring are the following two aspects:
(1) The castable insulation should be produced and maintained according to a certain proportion and technical requirements for refractory and light aggregate, powder and glue, and exterior agents;
(2) The heat insulation pouring should have the characteristics of small volume density, small thermal conductivity, high applicable temperature, a certain amount of pressure resistance and convenient construction

2.Basic requirements of the main materials
The basic requirements of the main thermal insulation materials are as follows:
(1) The loosening density of expanded vermiculite should not be greater than 250kg/m3;
(2) The loosening density of pottery grains should be 550kg/m3;
(3) The volume density of light -quality clay bricks should be 800kg/m3;
(4) The volume density of lightweight high aluminum bricks is 1000kg/m3;
(5) The particle size of the expanded perlite should be greater than 0.6mm, and the loosening density is not greater than 60kg/m3.
(6) Various binding agents and external agents used for insulation watering shall meet the established requirements respectively.

3.Construction process
(1) The grassroots of the castable insulation must be cleaned, and there must be no various debris.
(2) Various reinforcements and nails of the pouring materials shall be installed correctly and firmly and reliable according to the design requirements.
(3) When the castable insulation is formed, the production of the template should meet the established requirements, and the installation of the template should also meet the relevant specifications.
(4) When the castable insulation is directly contacting the insulation masonry or other refractory masonry, a isolation agent should be set on the masonry according to the design requirements.

4.Test and inspection
The castable insulation should be tested and tested before and during construction:
(1) Before construction, the castable insulation materials shall be made according to the design and cooperation, and a cubic test block of a certain size should be made to perform the normal temperature resistance strength test and volume density test. Only after qualification can be used;
(2) In the construction, the castable insulation should be provided according to the conventional test block to conduct normal temperature resistance and volume density tests.

5.ingredients and stirring
(1) The castable insulation materials should be prepared according to the design cooperation ratio. The measuring error of the binding agent and the outer agent is ± 2%, and the measuring error of the light aggregate is ± 5%.
(2) The castable insulation should be mixed with pouring. For silicate cement converts, the placement time must not exceed 60 minutes; for binding agents such as alum soil cement, water glass, and phosphate, the placement time must not exceed 30 minutes.
(3) The castable insulation should be stirred with a mandatory concrete mixer, and the stirring time is not less than 5min. Add one -half of the water when stirring, wet the light aggregate, and then add the tape, powder, and one -half of the remaining water until the mixing. The operating program for mechanical stirring should meet the established requirements.
(4) When artificially mixes, the light aggregate should be mixed before mixing, wet the stuffy material with water, and after 4H, the dry material is mixed with the dry material, and the water is mixed evenly.
(5) The castable insulation should be stirred until the color is even and the hands are pinched into a ball, which is easy to form.

6.The pouring process of thermal insulation watering
(1) The castable insulation should be poured layered and hindered; the vibration time should be shorter than the vibration time of refractory pouring materials.
(2) When the castable insulation needs to be poured on the refractory pouring, it should be poured after the fire -resistant pouring material is maintained for 24h. When the glue agent in the refractory pouring material is water glass or phosphate, the waterproof paper and plastic film are used to isolate the heat insulation.
(3) When pouring the heat insulation and pouring at the seam, the loose part of the surface should be cleaned and wet and wet.
(4) The surface of thecastable insulation should be flat and dense, and there must be no cracks.
(5) The maintenance system for thermal castable insulation should be determined according to the adhesive junction, and it can be maintained or does not need to be maintained.
