What Is The Difference in The Ease Of The Firing And Prefabricated Production Processes Of Fire Nozzle Bricks?

The nozzle bricks of industrial kilns play a role in organizing flames, and their use conditions are relatively more demanding than furnace linings. There are two different production processes and methods: sintering and prefabrication.

1. Fire nozzle brick cost and production difficulty
Compared with the cost and production difficulty of fire nozzle bricks, prefabricated bricks are used in the market at a higher proportion than fired bricks. The reason is that the cost of fired bricks is high and the shape of the fire bricks cannot be directly made into the whole The reason for brick-shaped bricks is that they are restricted by the press and the cost of the mold is high.

However, prefabricated bricks can be made into complete brick shapes according to different burner shapes, and construction is relatively more convenient than fired bricks. In the production process, precast burner bricks are relatively easier than sintered burner bricks, but the drainage process of precast bricks takes longer than that of sintered bricks.

2. Ease of production of sintered and prefabricated fire nozzle brick
Many sintered burner bricks are formed by hand or vibration, but they need to be produced separately from two-in-one and four-in-one. During use, the manually produced burner bricks have large pores and their service life is not very long. Bricks sintered by vibration molding are sintered at high temperatures to have low pores, high strength and long service life. The factor is sintered at high temperatures and has high fatigue resistance under conditions of relative temperature instability.

Prefabricated fire nozzle bricks are made of castables of different materials. A mold must be made in advance, and the mixed castables are poured into the mold and vibrated to form. After the initial setting, the moisture is removed from the mold and the qualified manufacturers will bake it at 300°C. If it is a baked prefabricated brick, the use effect is basically the same as that of the burner brick made by vibration molding and sintering, and the service life is basically the same. However, there is a certain percentage of yield in the production process, because there will be explosions during the baking process.

Whether it is sintered burner bricks or prefabricated burner bricks, they have their own advantages and disadvantages. Sintered brick molds are expensive and the production cycle is long. Prefabricated bricks save time during construction and the production cycle is known. However, if they are baked at low temperature, the time is also President.

Under normal circumstances, the manufacturer will decide which production method to use based on the quantity and cost of the burner bricks, as well as the production cycle, which is not absolute.
