Each glass kiln should be a sub-project. Each sub-project should be divided into sub-projects such as flue, heat storage chamber and small furnace, melting section and cooling section, passage and molding chamber. Each sub-project can be divided into one or several inspection batches for acceptance according to the construction section and different masonry materials in the same part.

1: Main control items
1. The variety and brand of refractory materials should meet the design requirements. Inspection method: observation inspection, inspection of inspection report or quality certificate.
2. When the design drawings do not specify, the bricks in the dry masonry should be close to each other and no fillers should be added. Inspection method: observation inspection, inspection of construction records.
3. The mud fullness of the flue brick joints should be greater than 90%. Other parts should be greater than 95%. Number of inspections: 2 to 4 random inspections at each furnace bottom; 2 to 4 random inspections at each 1.25m high furnace wall; 2 to 4 random inspections at each vault. Inspection method: Use a hundred-grid net to check the bonding area between the refractory brick surface and the mud, lift 3 bricks at each location, and take the average value.
4. The size of the molding room and the relative position of the molding room and the glass molding equipment should meet the design requirements. The longitudinal center line of the tin bath should be consistent with the longitudinal center line of the kiln. The welding of the anchors at the bottom of the tin bath should be firm. Inspection method: Theodolite inspection, wire inspection, and hammer inspection.
5. The arch foot bricks should be close to the arch foot beam, and the kiln arch masonry in each part should not sink, deform, or partially sink. Inspection method: Observation inspection.
II: General items
1. The brick seam thickness of the glass kiln masonry should meet the requirements. Standard inspection quantity of brick joints in refractory brick masonry of glass kiln lining: 2 to 4 places are selected according to the surveyed parts in each inspection batch. One place is selected for the parts less than 5 square meters. Inspection method: Use a feeler gauge to check 10 points on the surface of 5 square meters of each masonry. For brick joints within 50% of the specified brick joint thickness, no more than 4 points for Class I and II masonry, and no more than 5 points for Class III masonry.
2. The allowable deviation and inspection method of glass kiln masonry shall comply with the regulations. Allowable deviation and inspection method of glass kiln masonry.
3. In addition to complying with the basic kiln masonry regulations specified in this standard, the masonry of flues, regenerators and small furnaces shall also comply with the following regulations: 1 The surface of the grid body shall be kept horizontal, the upper and lower grid holes shall be vertical, and the gap between the grid body and the wall shall meet the design requirements; 2 The allowable deviation of the actual center line of the regenerator shall be 0mm~5mm. The allowable deviation of the actual center line of each small furnace shall be 0mm~3mm. Inspection quantity: All inspections. Inspection method: Observation inspection, measurement inspection, and inspection of construction records.
4. The pool bottom and pool wall should meet the following requirements: 1. The pool bottom refractory bricks should be placed accurately, and the allowable deviation of the pool wall top surface elevation should be ±5mm, of which the allowable deviation of the float kiln pool wall top surface elevation should be 0mm~5mm; 2. The expansion joints should be evenly, straight, and correctly positioned, and the joints should be clean and filled with materials as required# Inspection quantity: 4~6 random inspections of the pool bottom masonry, and 1 point for every 3m of elevation. All expansion joints are inspected. Inspection method: Observation inspection, level inspection, measurement inspection, and inspection of construction records.
5. The position and elevation of the arch foot bricks of the kiln arch masonry in each part should meet the design requirements; the inner surface of the kiln roof should be flat, and the misalignment should not exceed 3mm. Inspection quantity: 2~4 random inspections of misalignment, 5 square meters each; all other items are inspected. Inspection method: Observation inspection, level inspection, feeler gauge inspection, and measurement inspection.
6. The pool bottom, pool wall and the inner surface of the upper structure masonry that are in contact with the glass liquid should be clean, and there should be no debris in the brick joints. Inspection quantity: 3 to 5 random inspections according to the location, 5 square meters each. Inspection method: Observation inspection.
