Alkali is actually the problem of white frost on the surface of refractory high aluminum bricks. In the process of burning, due to process, raw materials and other factors, bricks will produce a certain air hole, so there will be a certain water absorption rate. The soluble salt and water are transferred to the surface of the brick together to form the white frost we call.

Why does the refractory high aluminum brick return alkali to white frost?
1. The cement used in construction shall be produced by the silicate cement produced for regular manufacturers, and the slag cement produced by the informal refractory manufacturers shall not be used. We found that if you use silicate cement produced by regular refractory manufacturers, brick surfaces will hardly appear frost. If the slag cement is used, the brick noodles will be more serious!
2. Use seawater during the construction of refractory high aluminum bricks. The salt content contained in the seawater will also cause white frost on the brick surface. River sand should be used for construction in construction to avoid using sea sand.
3. Before laying refractory high aluminum bricks, the cushion should be laid as soon as possible. The advantage of this is that the alkali in the cement cushion will be released in advance before paving, so that the surface of the high aluminum refractory brick will not appear a large amount of weathering. 4. During the construction process, workers must pay attention to the cleaning of the brick surface. The brick surface of fire -resistant high aluminum bricks should be cleaned and paved with fine sand when paving.
