The raw cotton for refractory ceramic fiber spray paint should be treated expanded cotton, and the fiber length should not be greater than 20mm.
According to the temperature changes in the thickness direction of the furnace lining, reasonable layering design should be carried out and different grades of materials should be selected.
Heat-resistant steel anchor nails or alloy wire mesh that are suitable for the operating temperature must be used for anchoring. Anchor materials shall be selected in accordance with Section 2.2 of these regulations.
The anchor nail type should be selected according to the thickness of the furnace lining. When the furnace lining thickness is not greater than 100mm, "V"-shaped anchor nails should be used; when the furnace lining thickness is greater than 100mm, "Y"-shaped anchor nails should be used; when the furnace lining thickness is not greater than 70mm, mesh anchors should be used.
The center distance of the anchor nails used on the furnace wall should not be greater than 300mm; the center distance of the anchor nails used on the furnace roof should not be greater than 225mm.
For refractory ceramic fiber castables or ceramic fiber refractory plastic furnace linings, the edge directions of two adjacent anchor nail heads should be in a cross state; for anchor nails used on vertical wall furnace linings with ceramic fiber refractory spray paint, the nail heads The direction of the upper edge should be horizontal.
For ceramic fiber castables or ceramic fiber plastic furnace linings, the length of the anchor nails should account for 2/3 of the entire casting thickness; for anchor nails used on ceramic fiber refractory spray paint vertical wall furnace linings, the length of the anchor nails should account for the entire Spray 3/4 of the thickness; the distance between the end of the anchor nail and the lining surface should be 15~35mm.
There should be no welding slag, floating scale, loose scale and oil stains on the surface to be constructed, and it is strictly forbidden to wash with water. When constructing on the old furnace lining, the original lining surface must be thoroughly cleaned with a wire brush to remove all dust and oil. All pulverized original lining surfaces must be removed.
When constructing refractories ceramic fiber castables, you must pay attention to:
1. Do not use expired or incompletely packaged coagulants;
2. After the construction is completed, it must be naturally cured for 24 hours before being demoulded.
When constructing refractory ceramic fiber spray paint, you must pay attention to:
1. When the thickness of each layer of spraying on the top of the furnace is greater than 70mm, quick clamps, a mesh structure wound with steel wires or large washers, compression nuts or other methods must be installed for inter-layer fixation;
2. Rebound materials in spraying shall not be used;
3. It is strictly forbidden to plaster the surface of the spray lining on the premise of ensuring that the surface of the spray lining is smooth and has no obvious gaps. Only use flat plates to properly compact the lining surface after construction;
4. The surface of refractory ceramic fiber spray paint used directly on the hot surface should be protected with special paint to improve surface strength.
