Refractory Aggregate

The term "refractory aggregate" describes the refractory particles that serve as the structural backbone of refractory materials' particle size composition. They are created by calcination, crushing, processing, or synthetic granular materials with a particle size higher than 0.088mm from a variety of refractory raw materials. The primary component of amorphous refractories is aggregate, which typically makes up 60% to 75% of the entire composition.

The refractory aggregate is divided into aluminum, high aluminum, rigid jade, silicon, magnesium, magnesium aluminum spinelite stone refractory aggregate. It can be divided into dense aggregate (also known as heavy material) and light material (also known as porous aggregate) according to the pore rate.

High aluminum concentration, low iron content, high hardness, low coefficient of thermal expansion, high refractoriness, and consistent thermochemical characteristics are all benefits of the aggregate.

Refractory Aggregate can be made in the manufacture of high temperature furnaces, turntable furnaces, heavy oil catalytic cracks, firewalls, high temperature pipelines, acid -base corrosion resistance storage tanks, etc. At the same time, refractory materials can also be used to make fire -resistant insulation products, brick tiles and ceramic materials.
