Alpha Beta Alumina Brick

High-purity burnt alumina (above 95%) and a limited number of admixtures are combined to create Alpha Beta Alumina Brick. After batching, they are placed in a three-phase electric arc furnace and melted at a high temperature exceeding 2300°C, then cast into a specific mold and removed after heat preservation and annealing.  The raw bricks that are removed undergo precision cold processing, pre-assembly, and inspection before becoming completed bricks that satisfy the specifications.

A1203 (containing 94.5%96.5%) is the primary component of Alpha Beta Alumina Brick, and the crystal phase structure is made up of 45%55% -l203 phase and 45%60% - AI203 phase. The tubular microstructure of the original -AI203 is transformed into a scaly structure, the crystals are considerably smaller than when they exist alone, and the heat resistance of the brick is distorted. This is because there is a relatively substantial quantity of -AI203 interweaving between the -Al203 crystals. but a lot better.

The bulk density of the -AI203 product is 3.153.30g/cm3, and it has a very high degree of purity. A minor quantity of glass phase (approximately 2%), which fills the spaces between the crystals, is present. It is an outstanding high-temperature wear resistance below 1350°C, does not pollute the molten glass, and has superior glass erosion resistance, making α/β alumina brick is the perfect refractory for the clarification part, cooling part, working pool, and other parts of the glass melting furnace.

Alpha Beta Alumina Brick can be used in the cooling part of the glass furnace, the wall of the working pool of the feed channel, the bottom, the flow channel, the channel and other parts, and can be applied to the upper structure including the large wall.
