Graphite Crucible

Excellent thermal conductivity: Graphite material has high thermal conductivity, which allows the crucible to transfer heat quickly and evenly, thereby improving heating efficiency and process uniformity.

High temperature resistance: This crucibles can withstand extremely high temperatures and can usually be used in environments above 2000°C. This makes it very suitable for high-temperature smelting and metal processing processes.

Lubricity: Graphite has good self-lubricating properties, which helps reduce friction between the molten metal and the crucible wall and reduce material wear.

High strength and compression resistance: Although graphite is a brittle material, after proper processing and treatment, the crucible can achieve high mechanical strength and compression resistance, and can withstand certain mechanical shock and pressure.
