Anti Corrosion Carbon Brick
Product Description
The anti corrosion carbon brick is produced through precision molding, vacuum impregnation, and thermal curing, ensuring a non-porous, stable microstructure. The base raw materials are high-purity natural flake graphite and premium carbon composites that provide superior chemical inertness and electrical conductivity.
After molding, each brick undergoes a vacuum impregnation process using specialized resin or pitch, which fills internal pores and enhances chemical resistance. The bricks are then thermally cured at controlled temperatures to achieve a fully carbonized matrix with high bonding strength and dimensional accuracy.
Key technical characteristics:
Apparent porosity: ≤ 1 %
Bulk density: ≥ 1.75 g/cm³
Compressive strength: ≥ 45 MPa
Acid resistance rate: ≥ 98 %
Thermal conductivity: excellent, ensuring uniform heat transfer
These properties make anti-corrosion carbon bricks ideal for long-term exposure to aggressive acids and alkalis under high temperature and pressure conditions.
Production Features
Excellent Acid and Alkali Resistance
Resistant to concentrated sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, and strong alkalis, ensuring long-term stability in severe chemical environments.
High-Purity Raw Materials
Manufactured from ≥ 99 % graphite and carbon composites, providing high thermal stability and chemical inertness.
Dense and Non-porous Structure
The vacuum-impregnated body eliminates open pores, preventing penetration of corrosive media.
Outstanding Thermal Shock Resistance
With a low thermal expansion coefficient, the brick can withstand rapid heating and cooling cycles without cracking.
Precision Molding and Dimensional Accuracy
Ensures tight joint installation and seamless lining performance in tanks and reactors.
Product Advantage:
