Alumina Bubble Brick is made of industrial alumina in the electrical furnace through smelting and blowing. Alumina Bubble Bricks' crystal form is a-Al2O3 microcrystal and main body is alumina bubble that can be made to be all kinds of products with various shapes for serving the highest temperature of 1800ºC with high mechanical strength and low bulk density.
Features
Alumina bubble brick has the characteristics of low thermal conductivity, good heat preservation, high compressive strength, and can work at temperatures below 1800°C. It has excellent heat resistance and heat insulation properties, and excellent energy saving.

Application
Alumina bubble brick is widely used in high temperature and ultra-high temperature furnaces such as petrochemical industrial gasifiers, carbon black industrial reaction furnaces, metallurgical industrial induction furnaces, etc., and are effective in reducing the weight of the furnace body, transforming the structure, saving materials, and saving energy.
