Fire Sleeve is a next-generation thermal-shield solution engineered for the steel smelting, non-ferrous, power-plant and shipyard sectors. With an inner diameter range of 6–130 mm and a flexible 3–5 mm wall, it slides easily over existing lines, delivering immediate 1,650 °C ambient heat protection and 560 °C continuous direct protection without bulk or weight penalties. Product Introduction
Description

 

Available in inner diameters ranging from 6mm to 130mm, and thicknesses between 3mm and 5mm, the Fire Sleeve is adaptable to a wide range of equipment. It is supplied in roll lengths of 10m, 20m, 25m, or 30m, packed securely in PE bags. The sleeve features a tightly woven glass fiber inner layer for insulation and a thick silicone outer coating that protects against oil, water, and contaminants. An included fire tape ensures sealed ends for optimal thermal containment. Color options include red as standard, with customization available upon request.

Its heat shielding capability helps prevent fire hazards, insulation loss, and system failure. It is also suitable for use in shipyards and automotive assembly lines, especially in sections exposed to radiant heat or hot fluid transfer.
