Products Production Process
Insulating mullite castable is a refractory material prepared with mullite as the main aggregate and an appropriate amount of lightweight clay, alumina, silica powder and other materials. Its preparation process mainly includes the following steps:
1. Ingredients: Weigh various raw materials according to a certain proportion, such as mullite, light clay, alumina, silica powder, etc.
2. Stirring: Put the weighed raw materials into a blender, add an appropriate amount of water, and stir into a uniform mixture.
