Products Description

1. Raw materials of corundum mullite castables:
1. Corundum particles: High-purity corundum particles with a size of 0.5-5 mm are usually used.
2. Mullite particles: Choose high-quality mullite particles with suitable particle size.
3. Binder: Commonly used binders include Calcium Aluminate Cement (CAC) or other cement-free binders, with a low content, usually between 1-3%.

Products Production Process
1. Mix dry powder: fully mix corundum particles and mullite particles to ensure uniform distribution of particles.
2. Add binder: Gradually add binder during the stirring process, and continue stirring to make it evenly dispersed in the powder.
3. Add additives: Gradually add the required additives as needed, and ensure they are evenly dispersed during the stirring process.
4. Mixing and humidification: Slowly add water to the mixture and stir appropriately to achieve appropriate fluidity and working performance of the mixture. Pay attention to controlling the amount of water to avoid excessive moisture affecting the performance of the material.
5. Pouring and curing: Pour the mixed castable quickly to the predetermined position, and use vibration or vibration equipment to eliminate air bubbles and gaps.
